This place is, without a doubt, the best rehab center around! I could not find a decent place to go in my state of North Carolina, but this has been well worth my commute. The staff is amazing, super helpful and friendly. Elyse, Meagan and Alex literally made my transition into and out of treatment a breeze. They are so sweet and very knowledgeable. The food, the view, the chefs, the nurses and the doctors are all very qualified and I would highly recommend that anyone who is struggling with addiction should come here. The experience was absolutely amazing from the time I walked in until the time I coined-out. I have never felt so welcome walking into a place like that before. The group meetings were great, too. Group meetings really helped me talk about my problems and gave me the tools I needed to overcome those problems. It also helped me realize that I wasn't alone and that other people are dealing with the same problems. The one-on-one meetings were awesome as well, and you really get the attention you need during times like these. On top of all that, the food is awesome, too! BriteLife recovery saved my life. This was my first time in a rehabilitation center and they took me in with open arms and treated me with care and respect the entire time I was there. There are pros and cons to any facility, I suppose, but the pros far outweighed the cons here. The staff is amazingly helpful and they are there for you at all times. The administrative team took care of all my FMLA paperwork with my employer and also handled everything with my insurance provider.

I was at the lowest point I’d ever been — living without electricity in a cockroach-infested apartment and was hurting mentally, physically and spiritually. I wanted help but didn’t know how to stop. I made a phone call to Mitch and he helped me immediately. From getting me into an appropriate detox and treatment center to cleaning out my apartment, Mitch went above and beyond, simply because I asked him for help.
