The case manager enables all external stakeholders with a central point of contact during treatment. The case manager coordinates the client's care and all external needs. During rehab, BriteLife Recovery wants you to give all your energies to recovery. Our case management team keeps things moving by handling small stuff, so you don’t have to while in our care. We offer case management services at all levels of care. If our clients need help filing FMLA, disability, or an outpatient referral, we will make sure that these are completed proficiently.
Our licensed case manager advocates for clients and handles all their outside concerns. Prior to a client's discharge, they will recommend treatment options that include integrated treatment and aftercare.
Case management is responsible for a multitude of items, including:
